When you accept a purchase from us, you agree to our general terms and conditions in effect at the time and thereby confirm that the information you provide is correct. To place an order, you must be of legal age, 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change and we have the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions. Any changes that we make will be effective after the changed terms and conditions are made available on our website.

Prices include VAT on this webshop unless otherwise stated - prices do not include shipping and other costs. Safesprayer reserves the right to adjust list prices without notice.  


We always strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently, which is why we have carefully selected the best, fastest and safest delivery methods and distributors on the market to deliver your order.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • GLS Private
    You can have your package delivered to your home address with GLS. You just need to specify the address where the package is to be delivered.
    The price depends on the order size and applicable discounts and offers.
  • DAO Private
    You can have your package delivered to your home address with DAO. You just need to specify the address where the package is to be delivered.
    The price depends on the order size and applicable discounts and offers.

Please note whether your order is shipped with GLS or DAO depends on the order size and total weight. You will receive an email shortly after your order with information regarding the shipping of your products and which provider is responsible for the delivery.


Sadea ApS (CVR: 42297712) accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Sadea ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. is open 24 hours a day, so you can always shop with us. To shop, add the desired items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout, where you can easily and securely pay for your order.

When your order has been completed and approved, you will receive a written order confirmation to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately. can choose to cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver an item. You will be notified if this happens. 


There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacture.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

You must create a complaint if you either:

  • Received a wrong item.
  • Received a defective item.
  • Received a defective product, and the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use.

Sadea ApS will cover any return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

The notice must be given per mail at In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.

Depending on what the inquiry is about, the basis for our processing of the information is the agreement with you, cf. GDPR article 6, b) or our legitimate interest in being able to handle your inquiry in an appropriate way, cf. GDPR article 6, f) ). It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Safesprayer collects your name and email address in order for you to use the contact form on the website.

We store your data with our supplier of online software for sending contact forms.

We secure your personal information and rights via a data processing agreement with our supplier.

All invoices will be clearly marked with payment information and due date, which corresponds to net cash, unless otherwise stated.

Any emails with information about the customer, or physical notes containing information of a personal nature, are deleted/shredded immediately after registration in relevant systems. We encourage our customers to ensure an encrypted transmission of personally sensitive information to us.
